2. Subscription Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please request cancellation at least 10 days in advance.

3. Project-Based Services

  • Since our work involves custom strategies and creative execution, a 50% deposit is required to begin.

  • If you choose to cancel before project completion, a fair refund will be assessed based on the work already completed.

4. Missed Deliverables

  • If we are unable to deliver a service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will either redo the work or provide a refund.
